The Great Spider Hunters

Our new house is awesome! The backyard is big, fenced, lush with green grass, and full of THESE!!

We LOVE to hunt spiders and anything else that crawls or buzzes our heads, for that matter! :)

Now, Momma isn't as impressed with this amenity as we are. She doesn't much like arachnids! (Can you tell that Dally's been sneaking peeks at Momma's "Word of the Day" calendar?)

Anyhoo...we don't mind these varmints being in our yard, but we ARE miffed at the chutzpah (from the "Yiddish Word of the Day" calendar) they showed in climbing into OUR swimming pool?!?!

So, Reggie and Peyton had to fetch them out while Dallas supervised the extermination.

Whew! Now it's safe to go back into the water!

(A supervisor's job is NEVER done!) ;)

Happy Belated Birthday, Reggie Wayne!

This is the Momma blogging for the Puggies and this is Reggie Wayne's Birthday Blog!

Reggie turned TWO on May 24, which just happens to be the SAME DAY as his boy's birthday! (What are the odds?!?!) Obviously I am not timely in posting Reggie's birthday blog, so I'll most likely NOT be nominated for any "Momma of the Year" awards, let alone win any! C'est la vie! N'est pas?

Nonetheless we celebrated our Baby Boy's special day by reminiscing of his puppy days. He was such a sweet little Puggie, napping with his boy, posing in his Colts hoodie, and helping Daddy with his work...My how time flies!










For his birthday, he got a new pool.

A new stuffie to maul.

And birthday wally melon!

What more could a Puggie ask for? How about a nap?

Summer's Almost Here! Ahhh......

Cue the Van Halen music....Summer's (almost) here and the time is right for lounging in the yard. (Momma loves to take perfectly good songs with perfectly good lyrics and rewrite them to fit the situation...) Welcome to our world! :p

We're Back....and We've Recruited Another Member!

Lo these many months, Momma has been TOO BUSY to blog for us, so we had to resort to desperate measures....

We JUST HAD to get our blog on and tout de suite because we had to introduce the newest member of our Pug Corral. (Announcer, please.....)

Peyton Annie Manning...our very own cheerleader!

Now, she looks all dainty and prissy in that Colts cheer dress, but don't let that fool you. She's a brickhouse. (She's mighty mighty!) Peyton can tussle with the best of them and has a whole 7# more muscle on us! Oy!

Peyton is a Bug (Pug/Boston Terrior mix) (Daddy calls her his mini Pit Bull) who was rescued by the angels of KPR-Kentuckiana Pug Rescue. http://www.kentuckianapugs.com/ We are very happy to have her as part of our team!

Momma has promised us now that all the chaos in her life has somewhat subsided, she will be more consistent with our blogging efforts.

We'll be watching her! Along with our pool boy mafia friends, Jacques and Raul. :)
